Care Direct Subscriptions Explained

Care Direct products work on a subscription basis. If at any point you cancel your subscription, the devices remain yours but they will not function with the app. The level of subscription required is based on the number of products you use. The subscription costs (inclusive of VAT) per device are as follows:

  • 1 device* – Subscription Tier 1 at £12.00 per month
  • 2 devices* – Subscription Tier 2 at £20.00 per month
  • 3 devices* – Subscription Tier 3 at £26.25 per month
  • 4 devices* – Subscription Tier 4 at £32.00 per month
  • 5 devices* – Subscription Tier 5 at £37.00 per month

* In terms of the Subscription Tiers, each separate product we sell is classed as one separate device except the sensors, where each Sensor Gateway is considered as the device. Many sensors could be used with one sensor gateway to monitor one person and this would only count as 'one device'. Furthermore, additional quantities of the same product are considered as the same device - therefore you could use several indoor cameras while only requiring one 'device' subscription for all the cameras.

Subscriptions are taken on the same day every month and can be cancelled at any time by contacting support@caredirect.tech. This is set up after purchaseand arrival of your devices so you only pay subscription fees from when you start using them. 

When purchasing Care Direct products, please place your devices in your shopping basket and checkout as normal. When your products are shipped to you, you will find a small welcome card inside the package with a QR code and link to the subscriptions website. That website will provide you with all the details to get started with your Care Direct products and to manage your subscriptions. Please note that Care Direct products will not show in your app without a valid subscription. If you cancel your subscription, you will not be able to access Care Direct's features but you will still own the device(s).

If you choose to subsequently purchase additional products from us, note that you will need to upgrade your subscription accordingly as per the above list.
