Delivery Processing Time

All orders are processed within 14 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipments may be delayed if we are experiencing a high volume of orders. You will receive regular updates via email regarding your order status and delivery. International Shipping

Dispatch Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, which will include a link to track your delivery online. The tracking facility will be active within 24 hours of dispatch. You will receive emails from Care Direct when the status of your order changes. In the UK we use Royal Mail and DPD for our shipping services.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Care Direct Technology Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

Care Direct Technology Ltd is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If your order is damaged when you receive it please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing such a claim.
